DSS does not change the original oils and lubricants, implementing insoluble in the lubricants components.
The substances used are in microscopic quantities (below 0.2%) and remain in the oils and lubricants for a short time (from 5 to 20 hours), without changing the parameters of the original oils and lubricants.

DSS forms a durable metal-ceramic layer on the surface of parts in high-friction zones, which remains unchanged after the lubricants are replaced.
Very small quantities are required. They are determined mainly by the surface area of the high-friction zones, not by the total volume of lubricants.
DSS surpasses metal-filming, graphite, molybdenum, diamond, polymer, and other traditional additives.
DSS forms layer, not film, on the details, which is stable and non-exfoliating in all possible environment conditions.
After applying DSS, the roughness of the friction surfaces decreases significantly (Rz decreases by 3 to 5 times), and the hardness of the surface layer becomes substantially higher than that of the base material.
DSS is patented and originated in the 1980s as a result of research by scientists from Leningrad, Russia.
